Home Watch Service:

  • Weekly, bi weekly or monthly visits

  • Check interior and exterior following our custom checklist

  • Bring out patio furniture before arrival of owner or guests

  • Reset air conditioner/humidistat at desired temperature after departure and before arrival

  • Report to homeowner via-email, fax or phone after each inspection 

Optional Services Offered:

  • Arrange cleaning, such as carpet, interior or pressure washing

  • Grocery shopping

  • Supervise onsite work projects

  • Arrange for airport ground transportation

  • Place hurricane shutters in or out of service upon request 

 

 


Yard Service:

  • Weekly, bi weekly or monthly visits

  • Edge, walk, driveway

  • Mow lawn

  • Edge flower bed

  • Blow debris off walk/drive 

  • Weeding of beds

  • Report after every visit

Optional Services Offered:

  • Check sprinkler system timers and heads

  • Change running times of sprinkler system due to water restriction or season

  • Arrange trimming

  • Mulching

  • Palm tree trimming

  • Fertilization

  • Annual replacement

 


Pool Service:

  • Weekly visits

  • Brush tile

  • Check/adjust chemicals

  • Check/adjust water level

  • Backwash filter system

  • Vacuum

  • Inspect equipment for proper
    operations

  • Arrange repair

  • Report after every visit
